Conditions :

After receiving your items, we will ask you to return your THRILL machine to Thrill International, Via Ipplis 101. 33100 UDINE. Italy, if the warranty applies:

2 possibilities:

• Your machine is taken under warranty. It will be repaired and returned at our expense as soon as possible. A loaner machine can be left with you pending repair and subject to availability.
• Your machine is not taken under warranty. A repair estimate will be sent to you as soon as possible. The shipping and return costs are your responsibility.
